Myrrh Oil: A shrub Arabia and Abyssinia from which is extracted a yellowish-brown substance
of spicy fragrance and bitter taste. A powerful fixture product should be used
very sparingly, no more that a drop or two to a pint in formulation. |

Oakmoss Rosined: A powerful fixture product, dark in color, used in coyote and wolf natural scent
products, sometimes in fox lures. Recommended only to those who have worked with
lures for at least several years and understand the nature of powerful fixative
products. |
Orris Root Oil: Aged oil, its odor is not over powering when used properly and therefore is one
of the finest fixative products offered. |
Peppermint Oil: Fragrant oil highly attractive to muskrat and raccoon sometimes mixed with wintergreen
for a variation of odor. |
Phenyl Acetic Acid Crystals: Honey-like odor very attractive to raccoon and bear often used in formulation of
various types of lure products. |
Poplar Bud Oil: Muskrat and beaver attractor, straight or formula, believed by trappers to be the
best beaver food lure. |
Propylene Glycol: Used very much the same as Glycerin, but probably more so, mixes easier also excellent
preservative, more soluble for tincturing. This is the finest quality available
to the lure trade. |

Rhodium Oil: Powerful, appealing and lasting, mink like the odor bur is actually derived from
ore. Can be used straight or formulation for raccoon, muskrat, beaver and nutria. |
Rue Oil: A mild fixture product that in the past years has seen increase in use by hundreds
of new and old lure makers. |

Shellfish Essence Oil: One of the very best substances used on the lure market today. Has proven equally
well for both water animals, such as raccoon, mink, muskrats as well coyote and
fox lures. Sometimes used as straight attractor & very much in demand. |

Sodium Benzoate (Bait Maker’s Compound): Use in preventing cut or ground flesh baits from decomposing after reaching desired
stage of taint. In addition, it is used in quieting down raw glands and secretion
during the aging process and also for preserving urine, liquid baits, fish
oil, solid fish baits, etc. Recommended proportions are 4-5 tbsp. of powder
to a gallon of liquid, paste or solid materials, and mix well.

Shrimp Essence: A strong shrimp odor that can be used in many lure and baits. Especially attractive
to coon, mink and otter. |

Smoke Essence: A small portion added to fish, fish oil or animal flesh provides a distinctively
burnt flesh odor especially attractive to canines, coon and bear. |

Sperm Oil Artificial: It’s no longer possible to obtain the real ingredient but this has a mild odor and
can be used much the same as the original was called for. It has been used as
a lure base for years and a very valuable product. |

Spearmint Oil: Valuable widely used as one of the truly fine muskrat and raccoon lures. Mixes easily
with other ingredients. |

Sweet Corn Essence Oil: If anything ever worked for raccoon lure, this one. They climb the fences to get
to it. Works well for beaver & muskrats, too. |

Super Lure Gel: An odorless product that acts like a sponge & will absorb to over 30 times its original
volume. It will not change the nature of the moisture it absorbs. Mix it
in urine or call lures to hold it at your sets longer. Use as a lure thickener.
Example: 2 oz will thicken 1 gallon of water. |

Tarragon Oil (Derived Supreme): An odor and recommended to be used as a carrier and enhancer of various essential
oil products. Used as a straight. |

White Musk Crystals: Sales for this product come from trappers in the far north and are used extensively
in a variety of lure products & particularly those formulated for the canines.

Valerian Oil: Used as both additive in formulation and straight lure. |

Valerian Powder: Used in formulation for fox, coyote and raccoon food lures. |

Zinc Valerate Powder: Powder used by lure and flesh bait makers in the same manner as Sodium Benzoate
Powder, but its chief function is to stimulate lure and to stabilize them when
in use. It’s also an excellent retarded preservative of urine that is to be kept
in storage for later use from one season to another. So great is sufficient to
a gallon to urine or bait materials. |
